Deposits, Cancellations & Tax

Tax:

A 9% NH rooms tax is required by NH state law. This will be added to your bill.

Payment Policy:

A 50% deposit is due at the time of reservation, and the remaining 50% 30 days prior to the check-in date.

Deposits sent by mail must be received within 1 week to hold the reservation.

Cancellation policy:

In the event of a cancellation 30 days or more prior to the check-in date, the deposit will be forfeit, unless the cabin is able to be rented for the same period. If the cabin is rerented for the same period, all but $50 will be refunded when funds are secured from the new renters.

In the event of a cancellation 29 days or fewer prior to the check-in date, the entire price will be forfeit, unless the cabin is able to be rented for the same period. If the cabin is rerented for the same period, all but $50 will be refunded when funds are secured from the new renters.

We cannot allow any exceptions.
